★ Mizzou Football Tiger Script Logo
During my tenure as Interim Creative Director for Mizzou Football, I had the opportunity to design a new school logo: the Tiger Script. Inspired by vintage collegiate script logos, it was initially created as a helmet design and was quickly embraced by fans. Its success led to adoption across the entire athletics program. I developed a full branded rollout for the first week the helmet was worn, including social graphics, coordinating a uniform reveal photoshoot, and distributing assets across cross-channel platforms. What began as a Southeastern Conference football helmet design has since appeared on Nike apparel, uniforms for basketball, baseball, and cheerleading, and was even featured on Mizzou Cheerleading’s 2024 National Championship ring. The logo’s popularity has extended beyond the university, inspiring imitation and use by local Missouri high school teams.

Photoshoot orchestrated with Mizzou Athletics photographers Jaydyn Jenaya and Mitchell Scaglione for our weekly uniform reveal, as well as major assets for the Tiger Script helmet’s debut. Runningback Cody Schrader and linebacker Chad Bailey.
Each week’s game was individually branded based off many varying options, but Game 3 was all about the Tiger Script debut. The font was used for headlines on graphics in the lead up and live for the game.
The following is a collection of photos showing the integration of the Tiger Script logo into not only Mizzou Football uniforms, but sports across the athletic association.
Multiple varients and color combinations of football helmets throughout the season, including comback vistory for senior night against Arkansas.
On not only one cheer uniform, but multiple, including the uniform worn when the team won their 2024 National Championship. The logo was also featured on their championship ring.
Women’s and men’s basketball uniforms, as well as Nike apparel.
